In today's competitive marketplace, it is important to meet and maintain the hightest quality possible.  AirCo's quality control procedures are more than a conceptual philosophy, they comply with the most rigid U.S. miliatry standards including MIL-I-45208A, ISO 9001:2015, EASA, and FAA, ensuring quality is in full compliance throughout the contract.

Total Service Package

We are committed to providing a "total service" package to our customers.  Our commitment goes beyond the intial sale.  We offer full service, repair, calibration and technical support on all of our products domestically and internationally.

Warranty

  • New Manufature  - All of our newly manufactured instruments and test equipment are covered by a 1 year limited warranty.
  • Repair and Calibration - All repairs and calibration services are covered by a 1 year limited warranty.

Extended warranties are available upon request through our Sales Department.
 

Spare Parts

  • Spare parts are availabel for all products sold.

Some of the products and services, as well as Technical Information, that AirCo may sell or disseminate may be subject to or contain information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulation (EAR) of 1979. These products and services, as well as information may not be exported, released, or disclosed to Foreign Nationals inside or outside the United States without first complying with the U.S. Department of State export license requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR. A violation of the ITAR or EAR may be subject to a penalty of up to 10 years imprisonment and a fine of $100,000 under 22 USC 2778 or section 2410 of the Export Administration Act of 1979.
